Delivery and returns
Pay securely through Stripe for website purchases. For purchases through eBay, use the delivery information and returns process on your eBay order.
UK delivery
Free UK delivery is shown on eligible products. For other products, the highest product postage in your basket is charged once. Adding more of the same item does not add another postage charge. Your chosen delivery service and the final total are confirmed at checkout.

Order cancellation
Use the private link in your confirmation email to request cancellation before dispatch. If you need another link, request it using your order reference and checkout email. Once dispatched, request a return instead. You can also contact us directly using the details below.
Returns for physical products bought directly from this website
You can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return or receiving evidence that it has been sent back.
We refund the standard outbound delivery cost. A deduction may apply for handling beyond what is needed to check the goods as you would in a shop. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods retain your statutory rights.
You pay change-of-mind return postage. For faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, contact us to arrange the return.
